During the early 1920’s hiring began to be influenced by a reform movement which was emanating through out the United States concerning government and politics.

Many politicians hr was based upon recruiting family members, friends and political cronies in exchanged for votes which is also called nepotism. Many private corporations were influenced by government regulations. The difficulty in recruiting family members in the corporate world is extremely difficult because many businesses are originated by them. These jobs allowed family members to save money to be able to purchase real estate listings that created wealth for White America during the industrial revolution.
